Preamble
These Confidentiality Policies form an integral part of the GTC (as defined below), and the definitions used in the latter also apply here.
The purpose of these Privacy Policies is to inform Data Subjects about the collection and processing of their Personal Data by DaDrH SRL via the Website, as well as the specific rights (hereinafter referred to as "Specific Rights") they enjoy in accordance with the Personal Data Regulations.
Definitions
The following terms, whether used in the singular or plural, are defined as follows:
- Intermediate archiving temporary storage of Personal Data that is still of administrative interest, prior to deletion or anonymisation.
- Privacy Policy the present document, which provides a framework for the protection of the Personal Data of Data Subjects.
- CG means collectively the GTCU, GTCS and GTCS applicable to the Site.
- Personal data personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, collected and processed in connection with the use of the Site.
- Specific rights rights granted to Data Subjects by the Personal Data Regulations, detailed in paragraph IX.
- Person concerned Any user (Internet user, Customer or Subscriber) whose Personal Data is processed by DaDrH SRL.
- Personal Data Regulations Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
- Terminal any device used by a Data Subject to access the Site (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).
Legal basis for processing
DaDrH SRL processes Personal Data on the following legal bases:
- Consent processing is carried out with the explicit consent of the Data Subject for one or more specific purposes.
- Performance of a contract processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
- Legal obligation Some Personal Data is processed to meet legal obligations (e.g. storage of access logs).
- Legitimate interest Processing may be justified by the legitimate interests of DaDrH SRL (e.g. fraud prevention), provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Data Subject are not compromised.
Purposes of processing
The Personal Data collected by DaDrH SRL is processed for the following purposes:
- Management of orders, subscriptions, invoicing and follow-up of commercial relations.
- Carrying out satisfaction surveys, sales prospecting and marketing operations.
- Personalisation of the services offered on the Site.
- Organisation of competitions or promotional operations.
- Management of requests relating to the exercise of Specific Rights.
- Prevention and management of fraud, non-payment and disputes.
- Marketing statistics and analysis.
- Legal storage or intermediate archiving for administrative, tax or accounting purposes.
Storage and security of Personal Data
Personal Data is stored in a secure environment. Technical and organisational measures are implemented to prevent alteration, loss or unauthorised access.

- Active data: 3 years after the last interaction.
- Intermediate archiving: up to 7 years, depending on legal requirements.
Collection of Personal Data
The Data collected includes in particular:
- Contact information (surname, first name, email address, telephone number, etc.).
- Site connection and browsing data.
- Payment data (encrypted, no direct access for DaDrH SRL).
- Preferences and interactions linked to the use of the Site.
Recipients of Personal Data
Personal Data may be transmitted to third parties only in the following cases:
- Execution of services (delivery, payment management).
- Fighting fraud.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
Transaction security
Payments made on the Site are secured via a payment service provider (PSP). DaDrH SRL does not collect or store users' full bank details.
Exercise of Specific Rights
Data Subjects have the following rights:
- Access to consult the Personal Data collected.
- Rectification correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion request the deletion of Data, under certain conditions.
- Limitation : temporarily restrict treatment.
- Portability receive their Data in a usable format.
- Opposition To refuse certain processing operations, particularly for canvassing purposes.
- Post-mortem guidelines : to manage the processing of Data after their death.
