Satisfied or refunded
Our policy is simple: if you're not satisfied, you get your money back.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your items, in their original packaging, giving the following information:
- Your first and last name.
- Your email address used to place the order.
- The order number indicated in the confirmation email.
No justification or reason will be requested for a refund.
We will reimburse you all sums paid on the card used at the time of purchase, within a period of 7 days after receiving your request and the returned products.
