1. Legal information and purpose of the GTCS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTCS") govern the rights and obligations of DaDrH SRL (hereinafter referred to as "DaDrH SRL") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") in connection with the sale of products available on the website Tikozoo.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

The GCS in force at the time the order is placed apply. Any new version will be notified to the Customer before the order is validated. In the event of disagreement with the new GCS, the Customer will refrain from finalising the order.
2. Definitions
- Customer Any individual of legal age (18 or over) placing an order on the Site for personal use.
- Ordering Purchase of products by the Customer, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these GCS.
- Products Items offered for sale on the Site.
- Personal data Customer's personal information, collected and processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
- Privacy policy Confidentiality policy available on the Site.
- DaDrH SRL The company operating the Site, registered BE1020.028.442, with its registered office at Rue Joseph Bertaux 4, 6040 Jumet, Belgium.
3. Product presentation
The characteristics of the Products available on the Site are presented in detail to enable Customers to make their choice before placing an order.
4. Controls
4.1 Geographical area
Deliveries are limited to Belgium, mainland France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
4.2. Validity of the order
Orders are exclusively for personal use. Any order suspected of being for commercial use (large quantities, resale) may be refused by DaDrH SRL.
4.3. Order process
- Select the product(s) on the Site by clicking on "Add to basket".
- Enter your delivery and billing details.
- Accept these terms and conditions by ticking the appropriate box.
- Proceed to payment by credit card.
- An order is considered definitive once payment has been confirmed.
4.4 Confirmation
A written confirmation is sent by email to the Customer once the order has been validated. A second email is sent when the order is dispatched.
5. Product availability
Orders are honoured while stocks last. In case of unavailability :
- Either the Customer is informed before the order is finalised.
- Or, after validation, a refund is made within 30 days.
6. Prices and payment
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Payment is accepted exclusively by bank card (CB, Visa, MasterCard) via a secure platform. No other means of payment is authorised.
DaDrH SRL never accesses customers' bank details and accepts no responsibility in the event of fraudulent use.
7. Delivery
7.1. Terms and conditions
Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the package is handed over to the Customer. We recommend that you check the condition of the parcel on receipt and make any reservations, or even refuse the parcel, if any damage is found.
7.2. Deadlines
Estimated delivery times are given when the order is placed. In the event of a delay of more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order and will be reimbursed within 30 days of receipt of the request.
7.3. Delivery charges
Delivery costs are specified when the order is placed.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days in which to exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason. This period begins on receipt of the product or the last product in the case of split deliveries.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send the withdrawal form (see Appendix 2) or a clear statement by email or post.
The Customer must return the products in their original condition (unused, complete, in their packaging) at their own expense. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
9. Legal warranties
The Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
10. Personal data
The Personal Data collected when the order is placed is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

12. Miscellaneous provisions
12.1. Correspondence
Exchanges take place mainly by email, which is deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.
12.2. Partial nullity
If a clause of the GTC is invalidated, the other provisions remain applicable.
12.3. Securities
The section headings are for information only.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the Customer may :
- Mediation via the European platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage
- Bring the matter before the appropriate courts.
Annex 1: Information on the right of withdrawal
Deadline : 30 days from receipt of the products.
